www.boomerangs.ai and *.boomerangs.ai (the “Websites”), along with the mobile apps, web interfaces, APIs, documentation, servers, and all other intellectual property, software, and infrastructure(collectively referred to as the 'Boomerangs application'), are owned, registered, and operated by Boomdrive Digital Solutions Pvt Limited(“Company”), a company incorporated in India.

These Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”), which include and incorporate the Privacy Policy available at [www.boomerangs.ai],constitute a legal agreement between the Company and you (“User”). By using or accessing Boomerangs, you confirm that:
